After more than two years of acrimonious litigation over control of a nonprofit condominium association, an appellate court in North Carolina has ruled, upon the petition of one side of the dispute, that the other side did not violate the local court rules against bring frivolous litigation in suing to resolve the issue, but that the petitioner did violate the rule by seeking sanctions against the other side.
